Weloved provides a platform for creating and sharing memorial pages to honor and remember loved ones. Our service allows you to:

  • Create memorial pages with photos and biographical information
  • Collect and share memories from friends and family
  • Invite others to contribute to memorial pages
  • Share memorial pages publicly or privately

User Accounts

To create memorial pages, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

Content Guidelines

You are responsible for the content you post on Weloved. You agree not to post content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
  • Contains hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
  • Is sexually explicit or inappropriate
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains malware or malicious code
  • Is spam or misleading information

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines without notice.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you post on Weloved. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content as part of our service.

The Weloved platform, design, and branding are protected by intellectual property rights and remain our property.

Payment Terms

Some features of Weloved may require payment. By making a purchase, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate payment information
  • Pay all applicable fees and taxes
  • Our refund policy as stated at the time of purchase

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Memorial Page Duration

Memorial pages remain active for 30 days by default. You can extend page duration through:

  • Active contributions from visitors
  • Payment for extended hosting

We will notify you before a page expires and provide options to keep it active.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Harm or threaten other users

You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard.

Disclaimers

Weloved is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • The accuracy of user-generated content
  • That the service will meet your specific requirements

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weloved shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by email or through the service. Continued use of Weloved after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
